Mindplorer delivers evidence-informed mindfulness programmes from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), designed specifically for children and teenagers.
These programmes introduce practical mindfulness skills that can help students develop attention, strengthen self-awareness, and learn to work more skilfully with thoughts and emotions.

Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice (MBSP)
Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice combines mindfulness and character strengths to help people become more aware of what is strong within them and how they can intentionally bring those strengths into everyday life.
Drawing from positive psychology and mindfulness, MBSP offers a practical way to cultivate greater awareness of strengths and apply them more intentionally at work, at home, and in everyday situations.
