Student Mindfulness Curriculum
.b and Paws b are school-based mindfulness curriculums developed by the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) — rooted in evidence-based research.
Each curriculum consists of 7 engaging lessons (60 minutes each), thoughtfully crafted to help children and teens build focus, manage emotions, and cultivate self-awareness — one skill at a time.
These programs are ideal for delivery in schools or youth organizations, and tailored according to age:
• Paws b: for ages 7–11
• .b: for ages 12–18
