This program is designed to help children slow down, breathe, and respond thoughtfully to challenges — whether it's a tough day at school or managing big feelings at home.
Tailored for ages 7–12 (P2–P6) and 13–16 (Sec), this 7-session series uses age-appropriate, engaging activities to introduce mindfulness in a fun and relatable way. Kids will learn how to:
- Navigate emotions with more calm
- Improve focus and attention
- Build self-awareness and empathy
- Feel more in control when life feels overwhelming
Led by certified mindfulness instructors, this program is backed by research and grounded in compassion.
